Unfortunately, due to 2023 BPA requirements, Government is responsible for coordinating all return shipping and for all return shipping costs.  SmartSource cannot provide return shipping labels.

If you would like to go back to the ease of simply requesting pre-paid SmartSource shipping labels, we ask that you simply document all the difficulties, extra time, and costs that it takes for you folks to coordinate this yourselves.  Then please email that documentation to Tom Joanes, TJOANES@THESMARTSOURCE.COM, so we can get USDA leadership buy in for 2024.
