If you would like prepaid return shipping labels from SmartSource, please complete the form below.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your labels to be generated and emailed to you.

All returns ship FedEx Ground or via freight carrier.

An invoice will be generated and submitted to your designated payment contact 3 to 4 weeks after SmartSource receives the shipment.

Note: The invoice amount will be determined after SmartSource receives the equipment.

Please ensure all equipment is packed securely in its original packaging or equivalent protective materials. SmartSource is not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate or improper packing during return transit.
